Found Something You Would Rather Not Have Found?
You are not the first person to call us about this today. Ants on the counter, a wasp nest over the porch, scratching in the wall at night. Our technicians have seen all of it, and nobody here is going to make you feel bad about it.
Call the Interstate office closest to you and you will get a real person, a straight answer on what it is, and a price before anybody gets in a truck. Same-day service is often available. If today is not possible, we will tell you the soonest we can actually be there.
Cannot Call Right Now?
Here Is Exactly What Happens When You Call
1. You Tell Us What You Are Seeing
Someone at the local office picks up. Describe what you found and where you found it. If you got a photo, even a blurry one, that usually settles it.
2. We Tell You What It Is And What It Costs
Most of the time we can identify the pest from your description and quote you over the phone. You approve the price before anybody gets in a truck.
3. A Local Technician Comes Out
Same day when the route has room, the next open day when it does not. Either way you get a real time window before you hang up, and the technician who shows up works out of the office nearest you.
What People Usually Call Us About
Find yours below. If yours is not here, call anyway. We have been identifying Pacific Northwest pests since 1963.
Ants on the counter
Sugar ants and carpenter ants both end up in the kitchen, but they mean very different things for your house. Spraying the trail you can see rarely reaches the colony it came from.
Wasps or yellow jackets
A nest in the eaves or in the ground by the back door is the number one reason people call us in a hurry. We take it down and treat so they do not rebuild in the same spot.
Mice or rats
Scratching in the wall at night. Droppings under the sink. We work out how they are getting in, set up control, and walk you through sealing the entry points.
Spiders everywhere
Late summer into fall is peak season here. We knock down the webs and get into the corners, crawlspace and eaves where they actually live.
Cockroaches
Which roach you have changes the treatment completely, so we identify the species first, then tell you exactly what we are doing and why.
Fleas
Usually the pet. Sometimes the last owner’s pet. We will tell you what to do before we arrive. The prep is half of why a flea treatment holds.
Bed bugs
Do not throw out the mattress yet, and do not spray anything. Both tend to spread them. Call, describe what you found, and we will tell you how to confirm it.
Not sure what it is
Take a picture and call. We will tell you what it is, and we will tell you honestly if it is something you do not need to pay anybody to handle.
What The Visit Actually Looks Like
Not a quick spray at the door. Here is what your technician is doing while he is there.

Who Is Coming To Your House
Family company, local technicians, serving your neighborhood since 1963.
Five offices along the I-5 corridor
Longview and Kelso, Vancouver, Portland, Olympia and Salem. The technician who comes out lives in the same weather you do and knows what is active right now.
A real person answers the phone
Our offices are staffed by people who can look at the route, tell you what is open, and book you on the spot. You are not leaving a message with a national call center.
Offices are staffed Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
We show up and we make things better
That is the difference between us, a can of spray and a door knocker. Our technicians are problem solvers, and they explain what they are doing while they do it.

They Called. We Showed Up.
You Will Know The Cost Before Anyone Comes Out
The estimate is free and there is no obligation. Once we know what you are dealing with and the size of your home, you get a price. It does not change when the technician pulls up.
- We come out, handle the problem, and you are done
- Right call for a single wasp nest or a one-off issue
- No contract, no plan, no commitment
- Priced before we schedule you
- Quarterly visits timed to Northwest pest seasons
- Free re-service between visits if anything shows up
- Ants, spiders, roaches, stinging insects and more
- Rodent coverage on its own or bundled
- No long-term contract
If the problem is the kind that comes back, and in this climate most of them are, ask about the plan when you call. Plenty of people start with one visit and switch after the technician explains what he found. All prices are starting rates, with final pricing based on home size and service area.
Questions People Ask Us First
Can you really come out today?
Often, yes. It depends on the day, your area and how the routes are running. Call and you will get a straight answer in about a minute. If today is not possible, we will tell you the soonest we can actually be there.
How much is this going to cost me?
The estimate is free. Most jobs get quoted on the phone once we know the pest and the size of your home, and you approve that price before we schedule the visit. If the technician finds something on site that changes the scope, he tells you first and you decide.
Is the treatment safe around my kids and pets?
Yes, with the normal precautions. Your technician will tell you exactly what to do, how long to stay off treated areas and what to expect over the next few days. Ask him anything while he is there. He would rather answer it than leave you wondering.
Do I have to sign up for a plan?
No. You can book a single visit and be done. If a recurring plan makes more sense for what you are dealing with, All Seasons starts at $39 a month with no long-term contract, and we will walk you through it on the phone. Your call either way.
What if they come back?
On an All Seasons plan, re-services between your scheduled visits are free. You see activity, you call, we come back out at no extra charge.
Do I need to be home?
For the first visit it helps a lot, because the inspection is far more useful when you can point at where you saw them. A lot of exterior work can be done without you there. Tell us what works and we will schedule around it.
What areas do you serve?
Portland metro, Vancouver, Salem, Olympia, and Longview and Kelso, plus the surrounding communities up and down the I-5 corridor. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and we will tell you in about ten seconds.
It is after hours. What do I do?
Fill out the form above and the closest office picks it up first thing. If it is a stinging insect situation and someone in the house reacts to stings, do not wait on us. Get clear of the nest and call your doctor or urgent care first.
