Karrie Ortega

Customer Service Representative

Karrie was born and raised in Longview, Washington. She is married with 3 children and has one dog.

Karrie joined Interstate Pest Management in September of 2016 and works as one of our Customer Service Representatives. Karrie provides support to our customers to help address and resolve all their needs. She understands that every customer’s needs are unique so she always makes sure to listen, understands, and help come up with a plan of action to make sure all needs are met and resolved. Karrie loves her job and it shows.

Karrie says that her favorite parts about working at Interstate Pest Management are the people she works with and being able to build relationships with our clients. She loves being able to work for a family-owned business, being able to work closely with Brad the owner, and that our company cares so much about our customers that we treat them as if they are a part of our family.
In Karrie’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors doing yard work, hiking, and swimming.
