Zach joined our team in February 2019. Zach studied hard and took initiative, allowing him to become a self-sufficient pest management technician within weeks. Zach‘s favorite part about his job is the infinite knowledge it offers him in this field of work. His favorite part about this company is the true and honest feeling he gets knowing that everyone has each other’s backs - just like family.
Before joining Interstate Pest Management, Zach held jobs in different fields. Right out of high school Zach join the Air Force and was stationed at McCord Air Force Base as an Aerospace Propulsion Technician for four years. During this time, Zach received an award for the Jet Engine Mechanic of the Year 2010 for his work overseas on C-17 Jets. Most recently, Zach worked as a sales representative for Bonnie Plants merchandising vegetables and herb starts at many big retail stores.
Though Zach has lived from Kelso down I-5 to Canby, Oregon he was raised most his life in Woodland, Washington. Zach and his soon to be wife, Jessica, have raised five children together, ages four, eight, nine, twelve and thirteen. In their spare time, they enjoy doing anything outside, from drawing with chalk on the pavement to swimming and barbecuing at the river. If the weather is nice out, odds are they are at the river fishing, swimming, and barbecuing.
