I appreciate the gentleman who came to our home to set up our quarterly service. I voiced my concerns re., history of rats under our home which nests have been removed in the past. I have used Interstate Pest Management on several occasions. First, I had carpenter ants in the attic, and they came and sprayed for them. I have allergy problems which cause me to suffer migraines and they used a product that kills the bugs without causing me migraines. Brad went up into the attic, sprayed, and the bugs were gone. But, then came the sugar ants.
I had recently moved back into my house after having it refurbished. I had not been living in the house for two years, and when I moved back in, an army of sugar ants came from inside the wall and made their way to a cat food dish on the kitchen floor. Brad came out as soon as he could and sprayed an environmentally-safe spray all around and instructed me to contact him if they returned. Brad was very nice and he wore blue booties over his shoes, which was nice because I had new hardwood floors. I did not even have to ask.
Brad was very courteous and he knew what he was doing. He sprayed inside where the ants were coming in and all around the outside. He explained that it might still be a few days before they were all gone and to call if they returned. He came back and resprayed a few times and he never charged for those follow up visits. And, again, the spray he used was an environmentally-safe type of spray that was safe for the kitchen and bedroom. That is very important to me because I had used a bug spray for my bedroom before that triggered terrible migraines.
Brad does a great job, he is very sympathetic and he explains every step of what he is doing clearly. I always know exactly what to expect, and if I have to call them back, there is no problem. I have gotten my money's worth.

These guys were great, this was my first time using a pest control service. And I got more than I expected not only did they get rid of my ants they also showed me what I could do to prevent them coming back.
